| AAI racing team was established in 1988, for the past ten years, we competed in many different local and international races all over Asia such as South East Asia Touring Car Challenge, All Japan super N1 Endurance race, China Zhuhai Touring Car Championship, Taiwan Touring Car Championship, Macua Guia race & etc.
Although the local racing industry was not flourish developed, but with many years of competition experiences, professional technical support and great team work, AAI became the no.1 racing team in Taiwan and has great success competing with other racing teams from different countries. AAI Motorsports participated in many domestic and international races over the years and has won numerous trophies : Annual champion, driver champion and fastest lap time in TTCC(Taiwan Touring Car Championship) from 1994 -1996, champion of Group A 1600cc division in China Zhuhai Touring Car Championship from 1993-1996, third overall in Group A 1600cc division of South East Asia Touring Car Challenge in 1996, third overall in the extremely competitive Class II division of South East Asia Touring Car Challenge in 1995.Starting from 1997, with the sponsorship from Chinese Petroleum Company, AAI racing team join the Super N1 super endurance in Japan; winner of the China Zhuhai Touring Car Championship 2000cc division in 1998 , winner of 4 rounds in the South East Asia Touring Car Challenge 1600cc division in 1998.
Because of the outstanding performance in the international competitions, AAI racing team got attention and recognition from Japan motorsport industry. In 1999, under the approval and support of the Toyota Racing Development, AAI racing team became the first works team in Southeast Asia (except Japan) and use two Toyota Chaser works racing car to join the Southeast Asia Super Touring car series. It was the winner of the Macau race in that year. In 2001, with brand new team structure and concepts, together with the support from TRD, AAI racing team join the ATCC division 1 race as works teams with two Toyota Altezza.
In 2002, with the recognition and support from Taiwan Ford Company, AAI racing team became the first works teams to join the TTCC (Taiwan Touring Car Championship)in Taiwan. In addition, it also participated in the Impreza challenge series and Super Car super sport car challenge series. As for the international races, AAI racing team joined venture with BUDDY CLUB racing team and competed in the Super Taikyu race in Japan. In 2003, AAI racing team was the annual champion of ATCC, IMPREZA CHALLENGE SERIES and TTCC (winner of all 7 events). In 2004, it competed in both Division 1 & Division 3 events in ATCC and achieved excellent results. In 2005, apart form the ATCC competition; it also joined the CCC race in China with great achievements.In 2006, the team evolved to a more global establishment and planned to compete in the fierce USA world challenge series.
